New 12 Foot Furnace

Applied Thermal Technologies 12 Foot Furnace

Applied Thermal Technologies of Warsaw, Indiana is pleased to announce the completion of its Newest 12' Furnace. The new furnace has a maximum temperature of 1450⁰F, work zone dimensions are 36” wide, 36” high, and 144” long. It is rated for 10,000 pounds and for bars of up to 12 feet long.

In Production!

Our new furnace is up and running! We've gone through AMS2750 uniformity testing and validations and are now in production mode.

With a capacity of up to 10,000 pounds, this new 12’ atmosphere oven can handle processing full length, 12’ (144”) raw bar stock, in air at temperatures up to 1450°F making it perfect for aging of all PH steels like 17-4, 455, 13-8, 15-5, Inco718, and A286, and Titanium (MIL-H-81200).

New Furnace News

Since announcing the addition of our new 12 foot furnace in February we have been working diligently on the installation process. This unit will be specializing in processing of full length, 12’ (144”) raw bar stock, in air at temperatures up to 1450°F making it perfect for aging of all PH steels like 17-4, 455, 13-8, 15-5, Inco718, and A286. With a capacity of up to 10,000 pounds we will be able to meet customers’ needs whether they are aerospace or medical. Our excitement is building, we will be working to have this unit validated and in operation by mid-May.

New Furnace Update

Applied Thermal Technologies announced the addition of our new 12 foot furnace in February. We have been working diligently on the installation process and if all goes as planned, our new furnace is on track to be up and running by the second week of May. This is exciting news and we look forward to having even more capabilities to provide our customers with quality product.

New Furnace Coming Soon

Applied Thermal Technologies would like to announce our latest investment in meeting our customer’s needs. We will be adding a new furnace to our shop and now have the capability to age PH steels (17-4, 455, 13-8….) in 12’ lengths. This means that customers will be able to machine parts from material heat treated to meet the required OEM heat treat specifications. This should be available in May and we will keep you updated with the progress. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
