Production Employee
A full-time, entry-level role for someone who values efficiency, accuracy, and making smart, customer-focused decisions. Applied Thermal Technologies provides industrial heat treat solutions for medical, orthopedic, aerospace, military, food handling, and stamping industries. We are committed to helping people grow as they demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Handle customer parts before and after heat treatment with care and accuracy
- Count, organize, and build parts into heat treat loads
- Complete and sign paperwork to maintain traceability and part integrity
- Break down heat treat loads and perform basic visual inspections
- Package heat-treated parts for final inspection or shipment
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
Specific Positions Available
Production Employee
A full-time, entry-level role for someone who values efficiency, accuracy, and making smart, customer-focused decisions. We serve medical, orthopedic, aerospace, military, food handling, and stamping industries. No heat treat experience required. We will train the right person and are always looking to advance those who demonstrate initiative and a strong work ethic.
- Handle customer parts before and after heat treatment with care and accuracy
- Count, organize, and build parts into heat treat loads
- Complete and sign paperwork to maintain traceability and part integrity
- Break down heat treat loads and perform basic visual inspections
- Package heat-treated parts for final inspection or shipment
- Full-time with 3 shifts available and opportunities for career growth
- Must be available for overtime including weekends as needed
Maintenance Technician
Perform general and specialized maintenance on vacuum furnaces, compressed air lines, water lines, and related equipment. Use a tablet for work order completion and documentation. On-the-job training provided with potential for long-term advancement.
- Prior maintenance experience required
- Ability to carefully disassemble and reassemble equipment
- Self-motivated, communicates well, works well with others
- Open to learning skills unique to the heat treating industry
