Heat Treating Services
Applied Thermal Technologies Inc. is a NADCAP accredited metal processing company specializing in Vacuum Heat Treating using vacuum furnaces. It was created in 1992 to service the medical device and specialty products industries and have since expanded nationally. Our personnel work with customers in determining their particular requirements and are available for technical assistance in metallurgy. Our services continue to drive our business to the next level. We offer heat treating in the form of solution annealing, precipitation hardening, stress relieve, bright annealing, harden and temper and homogenizing castings.
MAJOR EQUIPMENT
6 vacuum furnaces ranging in size from 18"W x 34"D x 18"H, 600 LBS capacity to 40"W x 48"D x 40"H, 3000 LBS capacity.
SUPPORT EQUIPMENT
Tempering furnaces, LN2 Freezer, Calibration equipment to support the requirements of AMS2750 (Pyrometry).
