Meeting Validation Requirements
SPECIFIC PARTS AND/OR PROCESSES CAN BE VALIDATED BASED ON CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS.
Applied Thermal Technologies has validated equipment capability to meet Customer needs including vacuum furnaces, air ovens, and validated measurement systems. Hardness testing is performed on a validated hardness tester including Installation & Operational Qualifications to insure repeatable, accurate results.
Process Performance Qualifications - Process capabilities have been validated for the full range of heat treat processes from H900 to H1150 to meet the most stringent OEM heat treat validation protocol for 17-4 SS PH, 455 SS and 465 SS materials.
Installation Qualifications - EIQs (Equipment Installation Qualifications) have been performed prerequisite to all Operationally Validated Equipment. EIQs insure proper equipment installation for functionality and safety.
Software Validations - Programming is used for each furnace control and data recording. Software for each furnace is individually validated and backed-up to insure proper operation and retention of valuable data.
Operations Qualifications - Once IQs and SVs have been completed, operational characteristic of each oven are evaluated for accuracy, consistency and repeatability to achieve operational qualification.
